1-On-1 Personal Training (Currently Sold Out)
Your fitness journey should be built around your goals, your needs, and your ability to progress—not a one-size-fits-all workout.
My 1-on-1 Personal Training Program provides individualized coaching in a private, supportive gym environment. Clients can train up to 3 days per week, with each 1-hour session designed specifically around their goals, movement quality, fitness level, and needs for that day.
Before beginning your program, you'll receive:
A tour of Rise Gym
A free consultation
A free first training session
An individualized starting assessment
During the initial consultation and assessment, we'll discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any areas you'd like to improve. Assessments may also include foundational exercises that help identify where we should begin with your programming.
Once we establish a consistent training schedule, you'll have access to the entire gym during each 1-hour session to maximize your training experience.
We'll begin by focusing on short-term goals that establish a strong foundation for long-term progress.
Depending on your needs, early training may emphasize:
Proper movement mechanics
Postural stability
Mobility and control
Strength development
Cardiovascular fitness
Exercise technique and confidence
From there, we'll progressively increase muscular and cardiovascular training intensity using principles from the ACE Integrated Fitness Training (IFT) Model.
Every session is customized. Your workout can be modified based on how you're feeling that day, your recovery, your performance, and what your body needs to continue progressing safely and effectively.
Fitness doesn't stop when your training session ends.
I collaborate with clients on behavior change and lifestyle habits that can complement the work they're putting in at the gym. Together, we identify practical areas outside of training that may be limiting progress and work toward sustainable improvements.
The goal isn't simply to work harder in the gym—it's to help you build habits that support the results you're working toward.
Training isn't about pushing through every workout at maximum intensity. Recovery is part of the process.
As we progress, I'll provide appropriate exercise modifications, adjust training intensity when needed, and help establish proper rest and recovery between sessions. The objective is to challenge you while allowing your body the time it needs to adapt.
My background in athletics gives me a broad perspective on movement, conditioning, strength, and performance.
I'm a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts and a former college baseball pitcher at Anderson University. These experiences have shaped my approach to training and provided firsthand experience with discipline, athletic development, conditioning, movement, and performance.
Whether your goal is to improve your overall fitness, move better, build strength, increase cardiovascular capacity, or enhance athletic performance, your program will be built around where you are now and where you want to go.

The Men's Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for men who want to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and develop a stronger, more capable body through structured training.
Each 1-hour class combines focused strength training, complementary accessory exercises, and cardiovascular conditioning to provide a balanced approach to fitness and performance.
Whether you're looking to get stronger, improve your conditioning, support your athletic performance, or simply become more physically capable, each session is designed to challenge you while building a strong foundation for continued progress.
Tuesdays — 6:00 PM
Thursdays — 6:00 PM
Saturdays — 10:30 AM
Classes are 1 hour.
Each session is centered around a core lift. This gives us an opportunity to develop strength through consistent practice while building proper technique and movement mechanics.
The core lift is complemented by additional exercises designed to support overall strength, muscular development, stability, and movement quality.
Training may incorporate movements such as:
Squats
Deadlifts
Presses
Rows and pulls
Carries
Core and stability exercises
Other complementary strength movements
The goal is to build strength progressively while developing the physical foundation needed to perform well inside and outside of the gym.
Strength training is only part of the program.
Each class also incorporates cardiovascular circuit training rounds designed to challenge your conditioning and work capacity. These rounds provide an opportunity to improve cardiovascular fitness and develop the ability to sustain effort under fatigue.
By combining strength work with conditioning, each session provides a well-rounded training experience without sacrificing the importance of quality strength development.
The program is structured to provide consistency while allowing exercises and training intensity to be adjusted when necessary.
Proper movement mechanics, exercise technique, recovery, and appropriate progression remain priorities throughout the program. The objective is not simply to work harder every session, but to train with purpose and continue building from where you are.
My background in athletics has shaped my approach to strength and conditioning.
As a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts and a former college baseball pitcher at Anderson University, I've developed a broad understanding of athletic movement, strength development, conditioning, discipline, and performance.
That experience influences the way I coach—emphasizing quality movement, progressive training, conditioning, and the development of physical capabilities that carry over beyond the gym.
If you're looking for structured strength training, challenging conditioning, and a consistent training environment, the Men's Strength & Conditioning Program is a great place to start.

The Women's H.I.I.T. Program is designed to provide a challenging, well-rounded workout that combines high-intensity interval training, strength development, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility.
Each 1-hour class incorporates a variety of compound movements and training methods designed to challenge different muscle groups, elevate your heart rate, and help you build strength and endurance in a supportive training environment.
Mondays — 8:00 AM & 6:30 PM
Wednesdays — 8:00 AM
Fridays — 8:00 AM
Saturdays — 9:30 AM
Classes are 1 hour.
Each class is structured into three distinct training rounds, giving members the opportunity to work different aspects of fitness throughout the session.
High-Intensity Interval Training challenges your cardiovascular system while developing muscular endurance and work capacity.
You'll work through challenging intervals using a variety of compound exercises designed to keep you moving, elevate your heart rate, and challenge multiple muscle groups.
Strength training is an important part of the program—not an afterthought.
Members utilize free weights and machines to develop strength, improve muscular endurance, and build lean muscle. Exercises can be modified to accommodate different fitness levels while maintaining an appropriate challenge.
As Many Rounds As Possible.
The AMRAP portion of class provides an opportunity to put your strength and conditioning to work. You'll complete a designated series of exercises for a set amount of time, working at an appropriate pace while challenging your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
Every class is designed to target different muscle groups and training systems while providing a high-energy, calorie-burning workout.
Throughout the program, you'll encounter variations of compound exercises that can help improve:
Muscular endurance
Cardiovascular fitness
Strength
Mobility
Movement quality
Work capacity
Overall fitness
The combination of H.I.I.T., strength training, and AMRAP conditioning creates a balanced training experience that keeps workouts challenging, varied, and engaging.
Fitness isn't just about burning calories. Building strength, moving well, and developing cardiovascular capacity are all important components of a sustainable fitness program.
By incorporating free weights, machines, compound movements, mobility work, and cardiovascular conditioning, the Women's H.I.I.T. Program provides a comprehensive approach to getting stronger, fitter, and more capable.
Whether you're new to structured training or looking for a new challenge, the Women's H.I.I.T. Program provides a motivating environment where you can work at your own level while continuing to build your fitness.
